Exceptional service from dedicated staff.

My experience was deeply frustrating, as the WiFi barely worked in our Grand Double Room with Sea View. The room should have been equipped for modern needs, yet the internet connectivity was unacceptable, making it difficult to work. the breakfast timing was not flexible enough for a business traveler like myself, leading to unnecessary stress during my stay.

Fantastic food with a sea view

We enjoyed breathtaking views of Bundoran beach right from our room. The dining area was warm and inviting, and breakfast was a highlight, served promptly with quality and care.

omg, the view from our grand double room was absolutly stunning! waking up to see the atlantic ocean right outside was a dream. the breakfast was personal and delish, like stayin at a frnds house. the staff were super sweet and made us feel at home, especially in the cozy lounge where we chilled. location is perf too, right by everything!

but the wifi kinda sucked in our room, and it wouldve been nicer to have tea/coffee in the room instead of goin down for it.

arrived at this 'hotel' only to find no one at the reception, which felt utterly unacceptable. the room was dated and the mattress hard, I almost fainted. despite my many requests, no one offered me an upgrade or any sort of special treatment, as you’d expect when you pay this much. just couldn’t give a good review.

great stay , but minor issues

The staff were incredibly accommodating, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Reserved tables for breakfast allowed for a stress-free morning with no waiting. The room provided a stunning sea view that enhanced the overall experience.

The WiFi connection was unreliable at times, which hindered my ability to work efficiently.

Wi-Fi was slow. flat-screen TV was great for evening relaxation. 24-hour reception was handy.

Had a lovely one-night stay. the spacious sea view room was immaculate, and breakfast was truly excellent. Just a bit bothered about the location of the coffee station, but overall great!

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the breathtaking views of Donegal Bay right from my room, which gave a unique touch to my experience. The rustic charm of the hotel made it feel cozy and inviting, reminiscent of a friend's place. I appreciated the breakfast, which felt personal and was perfectly cooked, adding to the overall delightful experience. One area for improvement could be the mattress comfort, as it was a bit firmer than I prefer for a good night's sleep.

Plumbing issues were apparent. the old faucets were not only hard to use but also gave a sense of neglect. I found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room inconvenient, as having to head down for a warm cup is a hassle. Plus, parking could be a tight squeeze, especially during busy times with other vehicles around, which added a layer of annoyance to the experience.
